1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping depends on where the package is shipped to. From the time that the order is placed please expect 4-10 days for order to be fully processed, shipped, and delivered.
2. I forgot to put the promo code at check out and already checked out, what do I do?
All orders are final sale, please remember to input the promo code before you click checkout!
3. I emailed and I am not getting a response, how long do I have to wait?
Please understand that we are processing high volumes of orders everyday. Our packaging and shipping department operates Monday-Friday 11am-5pm and are closed on weekends (Sat-Sun) and Holidays except for Black Friday weekend. All emails and orders are processed during those times. Email Responses should take no longer than 7 days.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping varies from how many items you order and the location of where your order is being shipped to.
5. Do you guys ship internationally?
Yes we ship to other countries, however an increase in shipping rates may apply.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?

7. Can we exchange or return in-store?
As stated in our policy all items are FINAL SALE this includes in store purchases.
8. Why are items final sale?
Final sale means that items are not accepted for refund, return, or exchange unless noted by (us) due to damaged item upon arrival or incorrect item in package. This helps us reduce out of stock inventory and loss prevention issues so that customers who purchase will receive their orders 100%.
