Return and Exchange Policy

All merchandise purchased online or in-store are FINAL SALE; unless the merchandise you have received are damaged or incorrect from original order and have proof of damage or incorrect item on day received. You have 7 days upon your delivered date to send an email notifying us regarding an exchange or return on damaged/incorrect item. Exchanges/Returns are only processed if you have received an email of approval.  

Returns/Exchanges are approved if we are notified within 7 days upon delivery date, the item(s) are damaged upon arrival, or the item(s) received are incorrect. 


Please note: Exchanges must be of equal value.

Refunds or exchanges are issued once the items are returned.
